DESCRIPCIÓN:

 El Flamencazo mas largo de…Cuba, se creo con el objetivo de divulgar y promocional el flamenco que cultivan varias agrupaciones que incursionan en ese genero en Cuba, y para dar a conocer al mundo que en la isla ,hay un fuerte movimiento de este genero musical. 


OBJETIVO:

El objetivo principal de “El Flamencazo mas largo de… Cuba”, es que el flamenco prenda (atrape) en la gente y ocupe en Cuba el lugar que merece.


EDICIONES:

El Flamencazo mas largo de… Cuba, tuvo su primera edición el miércoles 25 de agosto del 2004,en el centro cultural cinematográfico Yara, ubicado en la céntrica esquina de 23 y L, en el Vedado, Ciudad de la Habana, y a esa cita participaron 8 agrupaciones, 7 de la capital y 1 de provincia, de la capital incursionaron Habana Flamenca, Reynier Mariño y su Grupo, Aceituna sin Hueso, la compañía de Sandra Baras, Galaxias Leoc, Melisma y el grupo Aires, protagonista principal del Flamencazo, de provincia participo La compañía Sacromonte de ballet español de Villa Clara. Metrorail - Take Metrorail to the Government Center Station and then get on the People Mover to the NE 1st Street stop. Once you get off the People Mover you walk 1 1/2 blocks south to Gusman.

El Flamencazo, tuvo su génesis en la Habana, bajo el titulo “El Flamencazo mas largo…de Cuba”, durante los años 2004 y 2005, imponiéndose record de 12 horas y 33 minutos de música flamenca ininterrumpida, convirtiéndose así en el evento mas grande de flamenco que se realizo en Cuba. (Más)
